My Role

Lead Unity Developer responsible for the Unity client across VR, desktop, mobile and browser platforms. I lead architecture and legacy-codebase refactoring, feature development, platform integration, build engineering, releases, code reviews, QA coordination, production diagnosis and mentoring other Unity developers. I also own the multi-platform Unity build and release pipeline, Addressables and content deployment pipeline, self-hosted Bitbucket Pipelines and Unity CI on a Windows runner, cross-platform voice-system refactoring, PDF viewer and runtime tooling, and new environments, animation and AI-driven roleplay features. I helped develop and operate a platform used by major universities, colleges and NHS organisations, delivering approximately 6 million learning minutes per year within a business generating approximately £3m in revenue.
